About
Sal is a multi-instrumentalist and an audio engineer freelancing in both NYC and Philadelphia. Having studied percussion instruments under Dean Witten, he currently plays professionally as an in demand pit orchestra drummer and percussionist.
Notable theatre credits include being the touring drummer for the 2025 National Tour of The Addams Family: A Musical Comedy, originating the drum book for the Off-West End Dolly Parton show, Here You Come Again, and playing the American premiere of the West End Show, Glory Ride: A New Musical.
Sal also has over a decade's worth of experience spanning performances outside of theatre, composition, instruction, studio recording, live sound engineering, touring, and music business.
Aside from his expertise across the music industry, Sal runs Mercato Piano Piano, an Italian food specialty shop, with his wife Christina and their children.
